ABOUT REIKI
Sharmila Mali, a certified Reiki Master/Teacher is offering free introductory Reiki/Energy sessions for each guest when staying at the Ojai Retreat. The session will be about 15-20 minutes and can be performed while sitting on a chair in your room.

Reiki, also called energy work, is a hands-on type of therapy. The practitioner places her hands on different areas of the body while energy passes through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient. Reiki/energy work can be performed when the fully-clothed recipient is sitting or lying down on a massage table. Each session is unique and offers an opportunity for you to transform or to heal. The result varies from feeling stress-free to a lightness in being.
